Ever since our formation we’ve never been content settling for the norm; we’re constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everydayThe RoleYou will be instrumental in creating world-class sportswear renowned for innovation, functionality, quality, and a unique street-inspired aesthetic. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will lead the product development journey from idea inception to final production. Collaborating closely with our product development team, you will gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement from our athletes and community, ensuring that each product is a reflection of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Identify emerging design trends, fabrics, and techniques, and summarise findings for the wider team.Sketch garments true to form, meticulously detailing product specifications and construction elements.Produce specification drawings of final design concepts, ensuring exceptional quality and swiftly resolving any design issues.Engage with athletes, retail store teams, and the community to gather valuable feedback and insights for product enhancement.Create and present high-quality stories, mood and color boards, and samples to pitch design ideas visually and collaboratively.Build storyboards to effectively educate the wider business for the execution of the product vision in various areas, including Marketing, Retail, and Customer Experience.Prepare detailed and accurate design handover files for the Product Development team, empowering them to create precise tech packs.Ensure all designs are not only original but also fully aligned with the brand strategy and tone.Blend creativity with market trends and data to produce commercial pieces that significantly contribute to the business's strategic direction and growth goals.To be successful in this role:You live and breathe our mission and values.You are passionate about health and fitness and you love to move your body!Experience working in a high-growth business culture3+ years of industry experience (technical sportswear / activewear)You’re big on personal development and learning (books, podcasts etc)Tertiary qualifications in design or similar fieldAlways eager to take on feedback & grow your skillsYou possess a solution-focused mindset, thriving in high-pressure situations and consistently delivering exceptional results.You take pride in hitting your deadlines and you love that feeling of ticking things off your to-do listResilience, agility and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environmentA passion for environmental responsibility and a strong understanding of how design can play a role in reducing our overall impact.Regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job through their applicationYou are highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopLearn about our brand values  AUD Loganholme 4129
