You will lead a small team and mentor and develop the team to identifying suitable athletes for partnerships, negotiating contracts, managing relationships with athletes, coordinating marketing campaigns, and measuring the impact of athlete endorsements on brand visibility, credibility, and sales. Additionally, the Athlete Program Manager collaborates with other teams such as Digital and Community Marketing, Design and Product development to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and targets.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage athlete programs that align with the LSKD mission to inspire our community to be 1% Better EverydayCoordinate with athletes, managers and support staff to ensure athletes receive a world class experience with LSKDMonitor and evaluate program effectiveness as well as the engagement of individual athletes, making adjustments as necessary to meet performance targets.Serve as a primary point of contact for athletes, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their goals.Plan and organize events, workshops, and clinics to enhance athlete development and engagement.Maintain accurate records and reports on athlete program activities, and outcomes.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and highlight athlete achievements.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in athlete development.Benefits and perksDid we mention 1pm knock off Fridays?
