The Role
As the YouTube & Brand Videographer, your role is to bring the LSKD story to life through compelling YouTube and long-form video content. You’ll be responsible for capturing the behind-the-scenes journey of our brand—from product innovation and athlete highlights to internal meetings and key milestones—showcasing how we live 1% Better Every Day.
Working closely with the LSKD team, you’ll film, edit, and publish high-energy, authentic, and inspiring videos that offer our community a raw and real look into the heart of what we do.

LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand with our HQ in Loganholme, that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. Ever since our formation we’ve never been content settling for the norm; we’re constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everyday
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Own and manage the YouTube content strategy and calendar, from concept to publishing, aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Lead end-to-end production of long-form and episodic content with a documentary mindset—planning, filming, editing, publishing, and archiving.
Create compelling, authentic storytelling that highlights LSKD’s culture, product innovation, athletes, team, and community moments.
Capture raw, spontaneous, and behind-the-scenes content—from internal meetings and travel to training, collaborations, and retail activations.
Collaborate across departments to uncover and tell meaningful stories from all areas of the business, including retail, logistics, product, and leadership.
Maintain strong narrative and emotional storytelling, even in fast-paced, real-world environments, ensuring content aligns with LSKD’s tone and values.
Continuously evolve the visual style, tone, and format of Behind the Brand content to keep it fresh, relevant, and authentic.
Track performance metrics like engagement, watch time, and retention; use insights to refine strategy and improve storytelling impact.
Collaborate with social media and community teams to amplify video content and foster deeper engagement with the YouTube audience.
Stay current with YouTube and docu-style trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team to strengthen content strategy.
