The Role
As a Merchandise Allocator, based in our HQ in Loganholme - Full Time, your role involves providing administrative and operational support to the planning team. You will lead the store allocations process, coordinating in store product launches, managing in store inventory levels, and ensuring accurate product information across channels. Working closely with all areas of the Merchandise and the Planning team, you will help streamline merchandising processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Support LSKD’s merchandising strategies to drive sales and margin
Allocate products to stores and online channels based on sales trends, inventory levels, demographics, and promotional activity
Monitor inventory performance, manage stock transfers, and optimise the flow of aged, end-of-line, and discontinued products
Collaborate with planners, merchandisers, retail teams, DC, and internal departments to execute allocation strategies and maintain inventory efficiency
Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandise presentation and gather performance feedback
Work closely with visual merchandisers and the retail team to deliver assortment plans, setup documentation, and coordinate sample shipments
Assist with seasonal planning and contribute to the development of allocation systems and merchandising processes
Utilise data to generate reports, track sales, analyse sell-through rates, and identify opportunities to optimise stock and drive commercial outcomes
Compile insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making
Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and availability across all systems and channels
Ensure data integrity and coordinate timely product information updates
Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and record maintenance
Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
