The gigOur Head of Community Marketing is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Retail Officer. This role is responsible for the Community Marketing Managers (CMMs), the Community Athletes and the National Events teams with 8-10 direct reports.This role is pivotal in creating community marketing strategies that align with the LSKD mission and values to foster traffic growth, brand loyalty and a positivecommunity sentiment.You will be directly accountable for ensuring our CMMs are elevating their store community programs and regional impact, as well as directing national events and the Local Athlete Programs. A large focus will be ensuring our store community programs are healthy and bringing the overall brand strategy to life through athletes, events, gifting and other initiatives. The gig
