The gig

  • Be the ‘go to human’ for all things coffee within the cafe, including sharing knowledge and communicating needs to create a strong coffee team
  • Daily lead in dialling in and coffee extraction and ability to support team members to deliver the best coffee experience
  • Be a positive contributor to the cafe team every time you attend your shift with ability to support other areas of the workflow when requested
  • Contribute to event and promotional ideas as required
