The Role

We are currently searching for a motivated, quick thinking and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team here at our HQ in Loganholme. As a Finance Manager you will be a key part of the implementation and maintenance of the very highest standards of financial management, analysis and reporting. As roles go, it's a big one!

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the Business. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial success and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. We're looking for you to tell us how you are Hungry, Humble and Smart whilst bringing to life the more important stuff, like:

• Financial Insights: Dive into the numbers, make sense of them, and tell the
  story. Prepare financial statements and reports that matter.
• Risk Whisperer: Assess and tackle financial risks strategically. Stay ahead of
  industry trends and keep us on the pulse.
• Cash Flow Guru: Keep a keen eye on the cashflow, ensure we’re sailing
  smoothing. Optimise working capital.
• Team Captain: Lead and mentor the finance squad. Create a culture of
  collaboration and improvement. 

Essential Skills / Experience

• You're not just organised; you're practically a perfectionist.
• A solid background in dynamic finance teams, at least 10 years in a
  similar role.
• Financial principles, regulations, and reporting aren't foreign to you;
  they're your daily companions.
• Excel isn't just a tool; it's your playground.
• Challenge accepted – you've got a track record of shaking up the
  finance world.
• E-commerce and software like Xero, Style Arcade, Shopify, and
  Asana? You're not scared of them.
• You understand our community, mission, and values. You're not just
