Job SummaryOur Macarthur store has recently opened and we are on the lookout for a strong leader to be our Deputy Coach (Store Assistant Manager). This role is a key support to the Head Coach (Store Manager) in creating the best experience for our LSKD community. Leading with our values, this role will be hands on developing the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of their store in day-to-day management. Coaching & Leading from the front: Co-create the store vision based on the core LSKD values and align to local events and initiatives.
