Job SummaryOur Community Marketing Manager is a key newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Retail Officer and supporting our highly capable Head Coaches (Store Managers) in their Region. Leading with our values at the forefront, this role will be hands on developing the store teams and culture across Queensland, whilst activating the community in person and elevating our community marketing in the region. The CMM will build regional community strategies that align back to the LSKD’s initiatives and bring them to life in market. It’s the role of the CMM to make sure everyone is happy, creating spaces and building relationships in which all benefit.
