Develop inventory targets, replenishment strategies, and allocation plans.Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions and promotional tactics.Lead visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the presentation and visibility of products across retail and e-commerce channels. Develop visual merchandising guidelines and standards to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling. Collaborate with store planning teams to optimize store layouts and fixtures.Analyse sales performance, sell-through rates, and key performance metrics to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning to support inventory management and purchasing decisions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, marketing, and operations, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
