The Role
As the Visual Merchandising Manager you will lead the roll out of an epic visual merchandising plan across our growing AU/NZ retail store network. You will partner closely with the retail teams, regional stakeholders and HQ departments to ensure the brand's vision and campaigns are executed. This role ensures that we visually show up powerfully in each store whilst keeping our community front of mind.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Implement the multi-national VM strategy, managing in-store marketing, events, and signage.
Collaborate with product, design, and merchandising teams to create in-store guidelines, category placements, and signage hierarchy.
Develop VM plans aligned with brand campaigns, merchandising plans, and local events.
Lead retail activations, including store and community events, product launches, and brand moments.
Oversee VM standards across stores, coaching Head Coaches and regional teams to ensure consistency.
Manage budgets, track VM performance, and execute creative campaigns through displays and product presentations.
Develop training initiatives to enhance VM skills at regional and store levels.
Oversee installation of VM concepts and optimise sales through visual merchandising.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Foster collaboration and ongoing learning across teams, providing feedback for growth.
Act as the link between VM strategy, HQ, and stores to ensure a unified approach.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and analyse VM performance, using insights to refine future strategies and enhance execution.

5 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling in a multi-site capacity.
Solid background within Visual Merchandise and implementation of creative direction, ideally within retail environment.
Experience with window execution.
Have experience with local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers.
Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.) as well as visual merchandising tools.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, staying adaptable and resilient when priorities shift or setbacks occur.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and visual communication abilities, fostering collaboration across teams and departments.
Demonstrates innovation and a collaborative approach, balancing multitasking with effective prioritisation.
Flexible to travel regionally, interstate and internationally when required, bringing passion and enthusiasm to visual merchandising and inspiring others.
