The purpose of this role is to lead and support the successful onboarding, training, and operational readiness of new retail store teams. Key Tasks & Responsibilities

New Store Opening Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely store openings

  • Facilitate weekly NSO calls, manage action items, and update the NSO tracker on Asana

  • Oversee bump-in week, ensuring task accountability and fun teamwork.

  • Support Head Coach post-opening for team development and retail process improvements

  • Maintain strong relationships with all departments involved in the NSO process

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to create onboarding guides and facilitate inductions

  • Train Star Trainer teams and new Head Coaches on retail operations and tools (RFID, Shopify, etc.)

  • Ensure teams are ready for strong performance in store processes and community culture post-opening

  • Create training documents and guides, share feedback with Regional Managers, and review post-open KPIs for continuous improvement

Attributes and experience
  • 5+ years in retail management and project management 

  • Ideally experience with apparel and fashion industry, with strong Visual Merchandising skills 

  • Ability to galvanise a team and keep timelines on track with a fun and lighthearted attitude

  • Confident in facilitation for adult learners both in person and virtually when applicable
