The Role
As a Junior Merchandise Planner, based in our HQ in Loganholme, you support the development and execution of merchandise planning strategies to drive sales, optimise inventory, and maximise profitability. You will leverage your analytical skills and retail expertise to develop merchandise plans, analyse sales performance, and manage inventory levels. You understand how you
contribute to meeting the LSKD targets relating to our strategy, "Go-to-market" calendar and financial goals.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Uphold LSKD operating principles, including Design and Production, 1% Better, and leading with integrity.
Embody a "Hungry, Humble, Smart" mindset.
Collaborate with Creative Direction to align product vision with community needs.
Support merchandising strategies (BEST/WIN/GROW) to drive sales, margin, and inventory turnover.
Assist in developing and executing seasonal merchandise and category plans aligned with financial goals.
Use sales data, market trends, and analytics to forecast demand and shape product assortments by category and SKU.
Monitor and manage in-season inventory, optimising stock levels, sell-through, and minimising excess.
Contribute to allocation and replenishment strategies for optimal product availability across all channels.
Analyse sales metrics and performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare reports and collaborate cross-functionally to align planning with broader business objectives.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
